| Through a joint committee of the Areas of The Bay and East of the Bay the East Coast Convention 17 of 2013 will be held on the beautiful grounds of Washington College. |  Arriving to Pittsburgh wearing their blue bid shirts they won over the bid meeting with their excitement. They are intent on exceeding the success of the Tri-State Region already pounding out fundraisers. We look forward to their success and can't wait to enjoy their hospitality. |
